I provide healing through judicial use of modern medicine + holistic approaches to integrate the biological, physical, and psychological domains (mind, body, and spirit). The end result is treatment that is both transformative and lasting.
1-on-1 Expert care
Mental health is intricately complex and profoundly important. As such, patients deserve access to the specialized expertise of a board-certified psychiatric physician (MD/DO). Unfortunately, today most patients are being relegated to midlevel providers (PA’s & NP’s) who lack this level of education and training. In a world that espouses prioritizing mental health more than ever, I find this growing trend unacceptable and contradictory. At Maverick Psychiatry the quality of your care is paramount. I personally see each patient – every appointment, every time.
Patient focused, not profit focused
Many people have had negative experiences when seeking mental health treatment in the past. In one way or another, the current system has failed them. I routinely observed this during my own training in Las Vegas and became motivated to “take a different route”. As a result, I started Maverick Psychiatry in 2024 to ‘break free from the herd’ of our broken medical system and begin offering a “better” treatment experience for my patients.
